Great staff, when I arrived I realised I left my new Apple laptop in the last hotel 130km away. They immediately spoke to the hotel and arranged a driver to go and pick it up.|Very clean, nice friendly staff, good area to say with everything you need.

Worst experience ever.. rooms are very small. Triple occupancy is a disaster. There is no place to keep the luggages and there is no mirror in the room. If u need to get ready or do make up, you have to do it in the Toilet. Not a very good place so far. This kinda place during vacation is definitely a No No.

I stayed here in 2020 and it was fabulous Now the condition has been rigorously deteriorated there were many cockroaches in the room . I believ, health and hygiene is super important . Even if the place is nice location is awesome but we can’t compromise it with health. Baby Cockroaches 🪳 in the room.

Good: - location. 15 mins walk to BTS Nana station, Terminal 21 malls, Robinson malls - this hotel also located in nightlife district where you can find many sports bar, small club, etc. So it gets super crowded and packed during the night - hotel located on the side of the street, no parking spot. - there is local motorbike drivers in front of the hotel (see the drivers with orange vest). Try to bargain for the price, otherwise book the online like Grab, but you need to walk a bit further from the hotel so the orange drivers won't get mad. - hotel room are okay although bed size is too big compared to the whole room size. - bathroom window somehow so heavy, I don't understand why they would make this hard to slide haha - toilet amenities okay. There is hair dryer in the bathroom

Had a great stay. Thanks to Ms.Wan who helped me a lot. I was early but she got me an early check in and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is surrounded by many tourists attractions and it’s very easy to commute from the hotel. You get all modes of entertainment near the hotel.
